Blackhawks vs Senators — Lineups, Broadcast Info, Game Thread
The Brady Tkachuk-less Ottawa Senators scored seven goals at home against the Boston Bruins last night. They also scored seven in Washington on Saturday. Tonight will be their fifth game in eight days, ending with a back-to-back.
The Tyler Bertuzzi-less Blackhawks have played two games in nine days, and were held to just one goal by the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday evening. Since scoring eight goals in St. Louis, the Blackhawks have scored eight goals in… four games. Combined.
Note: Tyler Bertuzzi was on the ice at an optional morning skate for the Blackhawks. Ilya Mikheyev was not. Head coach Jeff Blashill said both players are game-time decisions. Stay tuned on the lineup…

What to Watch For
Ottawa comes in to play the second half of a back-to-back, making them the third team the Hawks have played already this season in that situation. They hosted Boston last night. The Blackhawks need to jump on them early and keep the foot on the gas pedal.
The Sens have really good special teams. The Blackhawks’ power play has been a gong shot.
Speaking of special teams, the Blackhawks made a couple changes on their units. Let’s see if those make a difference tonight if/when they get a chance with an advantage.
Because there’s someone in our comments section who loves to point this out, it appears we’ll see the Sens’ No. 1 goaltender tonight — not the backup.
