Microsoft appoints Chia Wee Luen as managing director for Singapore

With over two decades of experience in enterprise technology, Chia brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, customer transformation and regional growth, the company noted in a statement. At Microsoft, Chia and his leadership team will advance Singapores digital ambitions through cloud and artificial intelligence by accelerating cutting-edge innovation for inclusive transformation. He also serves on the digital and technology committee of the Childrens Cancer Foundation and chairs the tech for good committee of the Singapore Computer Society. Chia succeeds Lee Hui Li, whose leadership has laid a strong foundation for Microsofts continued growth in Singapore.
