“This was our first time here and we loved it! The atmosphere was warm and cozy and sweetly decorated for Christmas. The food was surprisingly delicious (I got the veggie wrap with fries, my husband, the cottage pie and kids the “popcorn chicken”). We all really enjoyed our meals, but the best part was the service. Our waitress, Molly, was an absolute sweetheart. So kind and thoughtful toward our kids and super attentive. I enjoyed chatting with her and I’m so glad to see someone who takes their job seriously, does it VERY well, AND has a wonderful personality to boot! We will definitely return. :-)”

“First time in and I’m blown away. You walk right in and you feel the local friendly love from the get go. Decor is unique and lovely. The food is utterly impressive. Can I please have a lifetime of the grilled raspberry English Muffins please? Not sure about that prior comment about rude service, because I swear, I met these people only for like 30 mins and I feel like I’ve known them for a lifetime. Nicest staff, and an unbelievable experience. Thanks for the hospitality. I will be back! ❤️”

“I took an elderly friend of mine to lunch and we absolutely loved everything about it! Very friendly people, outstanding food (I had easily the best corned beef hash ever, plus my eggs were perfect!!), super clean, and awesome fast service. We never felt rushed, we felt welcomed. Thank you for a really wonderful, kind experience.”

“This winery is awesome! We traveled from Virginia for my nephew’s wedding. Afterwards we decided to spend a couple of days going to vineyards around the finger lakes. Casa Larga was the closest to our hotel and open early enough for us to have a tasting. We really lucked out! Not only is the wine excellent, the staff is very friendly. Dan was working near where we were asking questions about the area. He opened a map and spent some time giving us suggestions about other vineyards to visit on our trip. His recommendations were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We hope to return next year and will start with Dan/Casa Larga!!”

“Old school corner store vibe. Great place to grab a slice, sub, or just some quick grocceries. THE BEST BREAKFAST PIZZA! I like to consider myself a breakfast pizza condesure. I would say I am the breakfast pizza equivalent to Dave Portnoy and cheese pizza. Clawsons is the best!! They sell as slices, but I buy a full pie as they tend to run out as it is a hot item (also they usually only have breakfasts slices in the am). Hope this helps. Enjoy!!!”

“It was our first time trying CompTin and we were incredibly satisfied with our order. We had the grandma style Sicilian and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. “I want to give a shout out to Amazing Grains Bread Company for accommodating my request for special ordered finger rolls (smaller size hotdog rolls) for some legendary smaller size Hotdogs from my childhood that are specifically made in a factory in Pittsfield, Massachusetts that I had flown in for my daughter’s Graduation party!!! Brandon & Lisa were awesome to work with & went out of their way to research & make the perfect size bun for me! They were absolutely delicious & all my guests were raving about them! Thank you again & I highly recommend AMAZING GRAINS! I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The cutest coffee house ever!! The atmosphere has been so beautifully curated, to create a beautiful, airy, comfortable space. The food is INCREDIBLE; their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sammie was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cajeta latte was such a unique drink. Service was kind and welcoming. Overall, one of my new favorites!”

“I took my young boys out for brunch and this was, by far, the best experience I’ve had dining with them. The food sizes were very generous, the staff were so friendly and they even gave my boys a car from their toy chest. I haven’t been here before but I’ll be coming back soon! “My husband and I went for a Friday fish fry. At 530 it was busy but the food came out quickly. I had the fish sandwich. I like a beer batter fish more but this was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to get it again. Of course the root beer is wonderful.”

“Had a bit of an impromptu birthday lunch for our son and some friends here. It could not have been more wonderful! They allowed us to move tables around and were very accommodating. We ordered a few sheets (which were delicious) and everyone enjoyed getting ice cream there! Our guests were impressed they served Hershey's ice cream.

“A welcoming place. Always good food and a great time. Not the place for a nice quiet meal. Noise from the bar or large tables can make it noisy but fun. Usually a wait to get in if you don’t have a reservation. Once seated the service is great and the food is even better. Worth a try if you have never been here, you will find yourself coming back.”

“As a longtime satisfied customer of Mark’s in Fairport, I didn’t think I could be more pleased with their service, but I was wrong. Tonight I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour I called because it never takes that long for a delivery. It turns out I messed up and did the online order for pickup, rather than delivery. I drove to the store and was greeted by the manager who informed me she was making me a new pizza because she didn’t want me leaving with a cold pizza. When I told her it was my fault and that wasn’t necessary she insisted I was getting a fresh, hot pizza. I was blown away!! In an age of horrible customer service, this young lady decided to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer even though the mistake was clearly my fault!I have been a customer of Mark’s for quite some time and this just proved to me why! Their slogan is “we treat you like family” and, as it turns out, this is not just a slogan but reality! Kudos to this young lady for what she did for me. It will not be forgotten and I will continue to patronize Mark’s as I always have. Thank you so much for your kindness!”

“I have always loved Caraglios! I was very excited when I heard it was coming to Fairport and I have not been disappointed. Same great pizza (especially the country sweet chicken wing) and outstanding service! My family does the slice a day membership and we have gotten to know the people that work at the Fairport location. Everyone is so personable and thoughtful. They remember our daughter’s name and our typical order. Highly recommend!”

“Lovely service. Staff were incredibly friendly. As for Target instore cafes go this is one of the better ones. It’s extremely popular amongst locals. While small they still offer many of the amenities that the full sized retail stores do. I got my friend a gift here today and she absolutely loved it. I will most certainly be coming back.”

“We had dinner for our wedding anniversary here. Lilian was our server and she was super kind, courteous and she absolutely made our day.
They even enhanced our experience by offering us complimentary champagne and cake for our anniversary, which was really generous. We have ordered their chicken milanese and pan seared salmon and both were super delicious and fresh. Also we tried their oysters and they were really fresh.
We would really recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a nice spot, with great food and service. Also the live music and the hill-top scenery are a bonus.”

“I went to Porterhouse last night for dinner. 6 people not one complaint. My daughter ordered the ravioli not realizing it had lobster filling. She is a vegetarian they exchanged her meal with no issues gave her a different pasta dish and then gave me the ravioli to take home at no charge. Great customer service everyone was friendly, from the hostess, bartender/ waitress great service from start to finish. All the appetizers and entrées absolutely delicious. Bruschetta , meatballs, artichoke french, and shrimp, for entrées we had Pasta, Steak, Lobster Ravioli. I want to give a big thank you to Scott Wilson for his chef qualities. Love you Scotty for making Vinny’s birthday dinner so fabulous. We will be back again and again.”
