"Like every other person here, I would give 0 starts if I could! Today we received a summons that they are suing me for a nonpayment of a mammogram in 2022 that I have NEVER received an invoice for!!! We pay meticulous attention to every bill we receive and would never have let something like this not only fall through the cracks, but get all the way through collections! After reading every other review, I am slightly less panicked but still disgusted."

"If I could give less than one star I would. From the scheduling, to the billing to getting my results was absolutely atrocious. I live out of state and fly in to get my breast MRI. Not only did they try and change my appt last minute but my results took forever to get. Imagine my surprise when I got home and received two different bills. Once confirmed with my insurance my deductible was paid, I paid online only to receive notices that I had bills outstanding. I called the billing department with the confirmation numbers of payment for them to tell me they didn't receive payment. I told them I have an auth code and it posted on my CC with the transaction dates. This place used to be managed so much better. It's completely gone down hill. I elected to keep my continuum of care here even though I moved out of state. I will be moving all my care away from ISJ effective immediately."

"Complete scam. They tell you the price is X, you pay it at the time of your appointment, then a few months later you have a letter from a collections agency at your door saying you actually owe way more than what they told you. This is the first letter I've ever received like this due to the shady operations they pull here. I looked up the reviews and couldn't help but laugh that every single other person has the same experience I did. Unbelievable"

"If I could give negative stars I would, this company will rip you off. Never ever sign their waiver agreeing to pay what your insurance does not cover. They will use it against you to cover their incompetence. They never got pre-authorization for my CT scan per the contract they had with my insurance company. Even though the insurance company would’ve paid it if they pre-authorized it, now they expect me to pay for it at $631. No matter what I said to them that I wasn’t responsible and this is their screwup they kept saying but you signed the waiver over and over. They waited six months to bill me and when my wife talk to them and explained I’m not responsible for this bill, which was an argument anyway. They agreed to let it go and told us not to worry about it. Within four months they sent me to collections for it. They will use this waiver to cover their confidence never never never never sign it, no matter what they tell you you are not required to."

"I went to a facility that is billed through Medical Imaging of Colorado. I have no issues with the actual facility, but with the way billing is completed. I recieved a call the day before stating that insurance was not going to cover my exam and I would have to pay out of pocket to the tune of nearly $800. I was in a spot where I needed to be seen, and the nice lady on the phone said they could offer me a special cash price which I reluctantly agreed to (fuming at my insurance). The day of I had to sign paperwork agreeing to the cash price (I asked again if they were sure insurance wouldn't cover, they assured me that insurance said will not cover). Well, they accidentally billed my insurance, who covered at 100%, when I brought this to their attention (since I had already given them 50% payment) they actually refunded the insurance payment and said I had to pay the remainder of the agreed upon cash price. When I asked why insurance covered this at 100% and the only reason I agreed upon the cash price was because of what they told me they gave me a virtual shrug. So I'm out several hundred that I didn't need to be because they provided incorrect information, the billing practice felt very deceptive. If I didn't notice that they billed both me and insurance would they have just kept the payments from both of us? Not sure, but never going back again and wanted to share my experience with others."
