A former WWE and AEW talent has once again shed an interesting light on his working experience with CM Punk in the Tony Khan-led company. The incident was not the only off-screen disturbance the Chicago-native had found himself involved in, as it followed only around a year from his locker-room fight with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks during the “Brawl Out” fiasco in 2022. Punk also reportedly ejected talent and even high-level executives from tapings of the company’s then-new show Collision, which he supposedly had a time developing creatively and/or producing. The former Undisputed Era member claimed that the latter had spoken to Tony Khan about him and their interpersonal problems, presumably in unfavourable terms, which made it difficult for him to communicate with the All Elite Wrestling head honcho.
