**Rats, Roaches, and Black Mold: The Reality of Government-Managed Apartments**

There are rats, roaches, and black mold. Leaks persist in every room. Every time tenants call maintenance to request repairs, government employees respond with bogus excuses about why nothing can be fixed.
And why should these government employees take action when they know they can’t be fired?
Meanwhile, the federal government is allocating $30 million per week to make these repairs. But since the repairs are not being made, one has to wonder: what is that money really being spent on?
A video highlights the dire conditions in other apartments within the same building: sometimes there is no heat, sometimes no hot water, and sometimes no running water at all.
