‘Dancing With the Stars’ Ends in Another Shocking Elimination on ‘Wicked’ Night

**Dancing With the Stars’ Wicked Night Ends with a Surprising Elimination**

Dancing With the Stars went big for Wicked Night on Tuesday, ending with a shocking moment that even the Wizard of Oz would find surprising. Grammy winner and Pentatonix member Scott Hoying was sent home alongside his partner Rylee Arnold.

Last week’s Dedication Night concluded with no eliminations, allowing all current couples to advance. This week’s competing pairs included:

– Jen Affleck and Jan Ravnik (Secret Lives of Mormon Wives)
– Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa (Olympic gold medalist)
– Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy (social media personality)
– Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach (The Traitors winner and content creator)
– Danielle Fishel and Pasha Pashkov (Boy Meets World star)
– Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten (The Parent Trap star)
– Scott Hoying and Rylee Arnold (Pentatonix member)
– Robert Irwin and Witney Carson (wildlife conservationist)
– Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas (Secret Lives of Mormon Wives)
– Andy Richter and Emma Slater (comedian)

Each couple performed a routine inspired by songs from the Oscar-nominated film *Wicked* and the upcoming movie *Wicked: For Good*. Adding to the excitement was guest judge and director Jon M. Chu, alongside special video messages from cast members Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jonathan Bailey, and Michelle Yeoh.

Scores from last week and this week were combined to determine the leaderboard. Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas secured the top spot with a score of 72, while Andy Richter and Emma Slater found themselves at the bottom with 51. The bottom three couples facing possible elimination were Richter and Slater, Hoying and Arnold, and Efron and Karagach.

After all performances and scoring were finalized, Scott Hoying and Rylee Arnold’s contemporary dance to “The Wizard and I” earned them a total score of 58—unfortunately not enough to keep them in the competition. Their elimination brought yet another surprise to the ballroom.

Looking ahead, next week marks the fan-favorite Halloween Night. The remaining couples are expected to deliver their most thrilling and spooky performances yet. Two-time Mirrorball champion Cheryl Burke will return as a guest judge, promising even more surprises and potentially shocking eliminations.

Season 34 is now halfway through, and the competition continues to intensify. Wicked Night featured numerous perfect 10s but no perfect overall scores—something that could change during next week’s showdown.

Be sure to tune in to new episodes of *Dancing With the Stars* airing Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+. Episodes also stream the following day on Hulu.
