MANILA, Philippines — Maynilad Water Services Inc. has revised its initial public offering (IPO) pricing, lowering the maximum offer price from P20 per share to P15 per share after securing cornerstone investors.
This adjustment values the prospective equity deal at up to P34.33 billion, down from the earlier valuation of P45.8 billion.
The move follows the commitment of the International Finance Corporation, which has played a significant role in the company’s IPO process.
