MANILA, Philippines — Maynilad Water Services Inc. has delayed its initial public offering (IPO) for the second time. The company is now aiming to list by November 7 to give investors additional time to better understand its business.
In a disclosure made to the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. on Thursday, the concessionaire provided details about the revised schedule.
