Lea Victa-Espinosa purchased a parcel of land. Upon having the property surveyed, she discovered that parts of the land were occupied by spouses Noel and Leny Agullo. Following this discovery, Espinosa demanded that the Agullos vacate the portion of the property belonging to her.
