AG Pam Bondi Vows to Prosecute Don Lemon Over Minnesota Church Storming: ‘We Are Coming After You!’ (VIDEO)

Attorney General Pam Bondi didn’t hold back during an appearance on *Hannity* on Friday, labeling former CNN anchor Don Lemon an “online agitator” and promising to pursue charges against him for his role in protesters storming a Minnesota church.

Bondi asserted that no one, not even a “failed CNN journalist,” is above the law when it comes to terrorizing people attending a religious service.

Last Sunday, far-left anti-ICE activists stormed the church while accusing the pastor of collaborating with ICE to deport undocumented immigrants. Lemon appeared to have advanced knowledge of the raid, livestreamed the event, and conducted interviews with churchgoers that seemed to gaslight them in an attempt to push the activists’ narrative.

During her Fox News appearance, Bondi spoke directly to the camera, declaring:
“If you protested and went into that church on Sunday, and you terrorized the parishioners, we are coming after you. I don’t care who you are, if you’re a failed CNN journalist, you have no right to do that in this country. We don’t live in a third-world country. We’re going to protect our houses of worship in this country.”

Her vow comes after a Biden-appointed federal magistrate judge refused to approve initial charges against Lemon and two other key figures in the protest, Nekima Levy Armstrong and Chauntyll Allen.

Bondi emphasized that the Department of Justice will not back down, promising to “pursue this to the ends of the Earth.”

**Don Lemon Responds**

Lemon responded defiantly to the vows to hold him accountable, daring the Trump DOJ to arrest him. He said,
“Go ahead. Make me into the new Jimmy Kimmel if you want.”

During Thursday’s episode of his YouTube show, Lemon added:
“I stand proud, and I stand tall. This is not a victory lap for me, because it’s not over. They’re going to try again. And guess what? Here I am. Keep trying. That’s not going to stop me from being a journalist. You’re not going to diminish my voice. Go ahead. Make me into the new Jimmy Kimmel if you want. Just do it. Because I’m not going anywhere. None of this is about justice. This is about power. And it’s about people who are incompetent. It’s not about justice.”

**Justice Department Responds**

Harmeet Dhillon, the Justice Department’s Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, responded to Lemon’s challenge in a post on X, writing simply, “okay.”
