City Developments Ltd., the Singapore property group controlled by one of the country’s wealthiest families, saw its profits triple last year. This impressive growth was driven by a renewed housing boom and strategic divestments aimed at trimming debt.
Net income surged to S$630 million ($498 million) in 2025, up from S$201 million the previous year. Revenue also rose by 9.7%, reaching S$3.6 billion. This figure exceeded the average analyst estimate of S$3.5 billion, reflecting the company’s strong performance in a competitive market.
