Austin Police released a picture on Monday of a vehicle involved in an incident near East 11th Street and San Jacinto Boulevard.
According to the police report, the vehicle hit a man who was riding a scooter on the night of October 18. Authorities are seeking assistance in identifying the vehicle and gathering more information about the incident.
