Tonight on The Stevetendo Show, we’re jumping back into the vastness of space with Super Mario Galaxy 2. Who knew that people couldn’t hear you go “wahoo” in space?
During the last Super Mario Galaxy 2 episode, we made our way through the second world, collecting all the Power Stars and Comet Medals along the way. We also grabbed the Grand Star at the end of World 2. The Grand Stars are keys needed to unlock the doors to the next world.
The Bowser fight at the end of World 2 was much easier than the boss fight at the end of World 1. We also transformed into Bee Mario and Rock Mario. Who knows what other new power-ups we’ll discover?

There will be a new playthrough starting up on The Stevetendo Show this week. I’m leaning toward starting a Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Switch 2 playthrough, but I haven’t fully decided yet. Meanwhile, Pokemon Legends Z-A will hold down the fort on Wednesday night. The action is heating up, and you won’t want to miss it!

It’s another sports night in The Stevetendo Show household. The Devils are playing the Islanders this evening, so you know we’ll be keeping an eye on the score during the livestream. Also, my New York Jets won again on Sunday, so I’m a happy camper. For those keeping score, that’s two wins in a row for the Jets!
Keeping with the Super Mario Galaxy theme, I visited the Nintendo website while writing this and discovered there will be a Nintendo Direct scheduled for November 12, focused on the Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Swing by the show to hear my thoughts on what I’d like to see from the Direct.
