Mark Ronson is eager to DJ Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding. The acclaimed music producer revealed that he is “keeping the year open” in hopes of landing the coveted gig.
Ronson recently appeared on BBC Radio 2’s *The Scott Mills Breakfast Show*, where he expressed his enthusiasm about potentially working with the couple. “I think there [are] a lot of people putting themselves up for that gig. Me, I am keeping the year open as well ’cause you don’t know [who might get that call],” he said.
The producer also joked about the possibility of teaming up with Foreigner, a band that recently offered to perform at Swift’s wedding.
Ronson, who composed the soundtrack for *Barbie*, recently showcased his DJ skills at Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding — an event that Swift reportedly attended. Reflecting on that experience, he quipped, “I did DJ a wedding that apparently she was at a week ago. I did not see her on the dance floor, so I probably didn’t do the best job of selling my services there.”
As for the engagement, Kelce proposed to Swift in August, transforming his Kansas City, Missouri, backyard into a stunning flower garden to pop the question. With all eyes on the couple’s upcoming nuptials, Ronson’s hopes to play a key role in the celebrations remain alive.
