Praveen Kumar Modi, the officer-in-charge of Tamar police station, stated that the incident occurred on September 30. The survivor was called by her cousin to attend the Dussehra fair at Mardhan More. There, two men arrived, and one of them raped her.
The perpetrators then took her to Sona Tungri Rugdi, where two more men allegedly raped her. Following that, she was taken to Bundu, where three other men committed the assault. From Bundu, the group carried her to Ranchi, where one more man raped her. Afterward, they abandoned her at Mardhan More in the Tamar area.

An FIR has been registered at Tamar police station against seven accused individuals. Four of them have been identified, while three remain unknown. The police are conducting raids at multiple locations to apprehend the culprits.
The victim’s medical examination is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, according to the police officer.
