Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill has denied physically abusing his wife on eight separate occasions, according to court records reviewed by the Miami Herald on Wednesday.
Attorneys for Hill filed a brief response on Monday to Lakeeta Vaccaro’s amended divorce petition. In the petition, Vaccaro accused Hill of shoving her to the floor, ripping out her hair, and attempting to punch her stomach while she was pregnant with their daughter.
Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Spencer Multack unsealed Vaccaro’s amended divorce petition on Tuesday following requests from several media companies, including the Miami Herald, to release the records.
The 23-page petition, filed on September 4, outlines eight alleged domestic violence incidents that occurred over the course of the couple’s nearly two-year marriage.
