Indian superstar Ajay Devgn has partnered with Vishwa Samudra Group to launch **Devgn Cinex**, the new identity of NY Cinemas. The launch took place at the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja held at SNDT Women’s College in Juhu. Bollywood Hungama was the first to report this exciting development recently.
The rebranding event attracted prominent members of the city’s cultural and film communities, marking a significant milestone for cinema in India. The ceremony began with traditional Durga Puja celebrations and culminated in the unveiling of the Devgn Cinex logo amid cheers, music, and vibrant lights.
This rebrand symbolizes the partnership between Vishwa Samudra and NY Cinemas, with the goal of enhancing the movie-going experience through upgraded theatres, cutting-edge technology, and nationwide expansion plans.
Speaking at the launch, Ajay Devgn shared,

The company also revealed its strategic focus on expanding across metro areas and tier-1 cities, with special emphasis on strengthening its footprint in South India in the coming years.
