MANILA, Philippines —
It will be the Alas Pilipinas women’s turn to showcase their talents to the world, as the Philippines has been awarded the hosting rights for the 2029 FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship.
This announcement came at the conclusion of the historic Men’s World Championship, where FIVB president Fabio Azevedo and Brazilian volleyball icon and senator Leila Barros officiated the event.
