SOLUTION
I wanted to prove to Sheila that hiding behind bulky clothes isn’t the only way to dress the areas she’s self-conscious about. A short-sleeved cardigan is less frumpy than the classic design, and the maxi skirt’s asymmetric hem teases a bit of skin as Sheila moves, without being revealing.
VERDICT
It’s so elegant! The scarf on the sweater is sophisticated, and the micro bag is youthful but still age-appropriate. And I can wear a maxi skirt without it swamping me. I’m walking out feeling like my idol Audrey Hepburn!
