TG ICET 2025 Special Phase Counselling: Key Information
The Telangana Admission Committee has announced details regarding a special counselling phase for TG ICET 2025. This special phase is being conducted to fill seats that remain vacant following the conclusion of the final counselling round.
The Telangana Gurukul Common Entrance Test (TG ICET) spot counselling, which facilitates admissions based on TS ICET scores, is managed by the Telangana Gurukul Common Entrance Test Committee (TGCHE). Initially, it was expected that TGCHE would release details about the spot round on September 23. However, prior to spot admissions, the committee has introduced a second round of centralized counselling specifically for Telangana MBA aspirants.

- Slot booking for certificate verification – 05 October 2025
- Certificate verification at helpline centres – 06 October 2025
- Exercising web options after certificate verification – 06 to 07 October 2025
- Last date to freeze options – 07 October 2025
- Publication of provisional seat allotment results – 10 October 2025
- Payment of tuition fee, self-reporting, and reporting at allotted colleges – 10 to 13 October 2025
Eligibility for TG ICET 2025 Special Phase Counselling
The following candidates are eligible to participate in the special phase counselling:
- Candidates whose certificates were not verified during earlier counselling stages can book a slot for certificate verification.
- Candidates who did not secure a seat in the previous counselling rounds.
- Candidates seeking a better seat or preferred college can also exercise their web options during this special phase.
The special phase counselling process follows the same procedure as the earlier rounds. Upon certificate verification, candidates can directly submit new web options according to the prescribed schedule.
