PARIS, France — French luxury group LVMH has reached an agreement to purchase the top business magazine Challenges, the publication’s main shareholder Claude Perdriel told AFP on Tuesday.
The deal is expected to be finalized early next year.
LVMH, owned by billionaire Bernard Arnault, has been eyeing this latest media acquisition for some time, marking another step in its series of media conquests.
